To reduce exposure of information, the company's address and telephone number are not published on general pages. Where applicable law requires their disclosure before a distance contract, they are provided only at the final contract verification step and in the contract copy.
2. Nature of the service
Kamachrono acts as a direct operator for buying, selling and exchanging kamas. Kamachrono is not a marketplace connecting third-party sellers. Each transaction is based on an authoritative quote, availability for the relevant game and server, and order tracking.
3. Price, currency and order creation
The price, quantity, currency, payment or payout method, and validity period shown in the quote summary apply to the order when it is accepted. A new transaction or an expired quote may be recalculated using the rate in effect at that time.
Before creating an order, the customer may change their selections or decide not to proceed. Creating an order constitutes acceptance of the summary and these terms, subject to all mandatory rights under applicable law.
4. Buying kamas — BUY
- Before payment: cancellation is permitted provided no irreversible action has taken place.
- After payment has been verified but before delivery: Kamachrono prioritizes fulfillment; if delivery becomes impossible, a full refund is issued.
- Partial delivery: priority is given to delivering the remaining quantity; if that is impossible, the undelivered portion is refunded.
- Complete delivery: the transaction is normally final, except in cases of error, duplicate payment, established fraud or a mandatory legal right.
- Duplicate payment or an amount collected in error: the excess amount is refunded after verification.
5. Selling kamas — SELL
- Before Kamachrono has confirmed receipt of the kamas: cancellation is possible.
- After confirmed receipt: the seller cannot cancel merely because they have changed their mind; Kamachrono must make the agreed payment.
- If the payout method fails, Kamachrono attempts another compatible method agreed upon with the seller without retroactively changing the accepted amount.
- If no reasonable payment method can be executed, priority is given to returning the value received, including the corresponding kamas where possible, or providing an equivalent solution accepted by the seller.
- After payment has been confirmed: the transaction is normally final, except in cases of execution error or a mandatory legal right.
6. Exchanging kamas — EXCHANGE
- Before receipt of the source kamas: cancellation is possible.
- After receipt of the source kamas: Kamachrono must complete the planned destination delivery or resolve the incident without arbitrarily repricing the transaction.
- Partial destination delivery: priority is to complete the outstanding balance; failing that, compensate the unfulfilled portion according to the economics of the accepted quote.
- If destination delivery becomes impossible, priority is an equitable return or compensation corresponding to the unfulfilled portion.
- Once both sides have been completed: the transaction is normally final, except in cases of error, established fraud or a mandatory legal right.
7. Refunds and Chrono Credits
Where a monetary refund is owed, Kamachrono processes it to the original payment method where technically possible, or to another method agreed upon with the customer. Its internal target is to initiate the refund within five business days after confirming eligibility; any stricter statutory deadline or mandatory consumer protection takes precedence.
Chrono Credits may be offered as a voluntary option. They are never imposed as a substitute for a monetary refund to which the customer is entitled.
8. Security and information provided
The customer must provide accurate information needed for the transaction. Kamachrono does not ask for a game account password or other customer authentication secret. Private tracking and verification codes must not be disclosed to third parties.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Québec law and applicable federal Canadian law. Mandatory consumer protections, particularly under the Consumer Protection Act, take precedence. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive customers of rights that cannot legally be waived.
Disputes are subject to courts or competent bodies in accordance with the applicable jurisdictional rules. No exclusive jurisdiction conflicting with mandatory consumer rights is imposed.
