1. Controller

Kamachrono Inc. is responsible for the personal information it holds. The person responsible for the protection of personal information can be contacted through Kamachrono Support.

Public contact: Kamachrono Support · kamachrono@gmail.com.

The company's address and phone number are not published on this page. If the law requires their disclosure for a distance contract, they are shown only at the applicable contractual step.

2. Information processed

Depending on the service used, Kamachrono may process:

  • account identity, email address and preferences;
  • order details: transaction type, game, server, quantity, character and status;
  • payment or payout references needed for the transaction and reconciliation;
  • Support request content and callback contact details;
  • preferences and minimal proof of consent for restocking communications;
  • security logs, incidents, administrative events and necessary operational evidence.

Kamachrono does not request a game account password and must not store game passwords to manage inventory.

3. Purposes

This information is used only for necessary purposes, including:

  • creating, verifying, fulfilling and tracking an order;
  • managing customer accounts and security;
  • reconciling payments and SELL payouts;
  • responding to Support requests and resolving disputes;
  • managing inventory, availability and operations without unnecessarily exposing customer identities;
  • sending optional communications to which the customer has consented;
  • preventing fraud, investigating incidents and complying with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Optional communications

Email or SMS restocking notifications are disabled by default and rely on the customer's explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn. Unsubscribe requests must be applied without unreasonable delay and no later than the applicable statutory deadline.

5. Retention

Kamachrono applies a data-minimization retention schedule. When personal information is no longer necessary and no law or legitimate hold requires its retention, it is securely destroyed. Anonymization is used only where it meets applicable requirements.

  • Accounts and profiles: throughout account activity, then up to 24 months after closure; material needed to support a transaction follows that transaction's retention period.
  • Orders, accepted quotes, payments, payouts and financial evidence: six years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer if legally required.
  • Support tickets: 24 months after closure; evidence needed for a dispute, transaction or accounting duty may remain in the relevant file until the applicable deadline.
  • Proof of communications consent: throughout use of the consent, then three years after its withdrawal or the end of its use.
  • Sessions and routine security: sessions expire technically; ordinary security events are kept for at most 12 months except in connection with an incident or investigation.
  • Privacy incident register: at least five years from the date the incident became known.
  • Fraud and administrative audits: 24 months by default; five years for a privacy incident; up to six years or the end of a dispute when needed to support a transaction, a tax obligation or a lawful hold.

6. Access, correction, export and deletion

Requests may be sent to Kamachrono Support or kamachrono@gmail.com. Kamachrono aims to respond within 30 days after receiving a verifiable request.

To avoid disclosure to the wrong person, Kamachrono verifies identity proportionately: an authenticated session where available, a verified email address and, if needed, the context of a known order. Government-issued identification must not be requested by default where a less intrusive method suffices.

Closing or deleting an account results in deletion of information no longer needed. Evidence that must be retained for a transaction, tax purposes, fraud, an incident, a dispute or a legal obligation may be isolated and kept until the applicable deadline rather than immediately deleted.

7. Exceptional holds

An exceptional hold relating to fraud, a dispute, an accounting obligation or a legal request can be decided only by Kamachrono Inc.'s person responsible for personal information protection or its management. It must be documented, limited to what is necessary and lifted once the justification ends.

8. Service providers

Kamachrono does not treat a disabled integration as an active service provider. When a provider is actually used for payments, email, SMS, hosting or a necessary function, only the information required for the service is disclosed. Applicable requirements for transfers outside Québec must be assessed before activating them.

9. Security and incidents

Kamachrono restricts access to information according to operational needs and preserves incident evidence where required. In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, the required notices are sent to affected persons and the relevant authorities.

10. Cookies

The current website uses essential mechanisms required for sessions and security as well as a display-language preference cookie. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are currently enabled. See the cookie policy.
